How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE OF CHARGE IN VICTORIA

Shipping is FREE OF CHARGE for all orders over $149 in all other Australian States & $9.99 for all orders $139 or less

EXPRESS SHIPPING is available & is calculated at checkout

Will I have to pay Customs & Duty Fees on my overseas order?

Best to check with your local postal service as it depends on the government guidelines and the value of the cricket gear

How long will it take my cricket gear to arrive with me?

**Current Delivery Times are unaffected by COVID-19 Within Australia (info here) & International Delivery Times have Minor Delays (info here)

Victorian Metro Regions up to 2 business days 
Victorian Country Regions up to 5 business days

Non Victorian Metro Regions 3 to 6 business days

How long before my goods are dispatched?

For Standard Shipping we endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 24 to 36 hours, in most cases we dispatch as same day and for ONLINE ONLY products we endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 24-36 hours.

For Click & Collect orders we aim to have your products ready to collect SAME DAY but items that are listed as ONLINE ONLY can take 36-48 hours to be available.

 

Are there any Restrictions for any of the items you sell?

Some Items containing batteries (e.g. Pocket Radar) can only be shipped without the batteries included.

 

What is 'Click & Collect'?

Click & Collect allows you to purchase goods through our website and pick them up at our Showroom at a time that's convenient for you*.

Your goods are reserved and paid for before you arrive, so all you need to do is collect and go.

*Subject to availability and showroom trading hours

We will do our very best to ensure your order is available to collect as quickly as possible. 

 

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

Cricket World Moorabbin's Click & Collect is a complimentary service. 

 

What will I need to collect my order?

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email as soon as it's ready to collect. This email will have your order number.

To pick up your order you'll need:

Your order number

Valid photo ID (i.e. current passport, driver's licence or Student pass)

 

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Once you have received your “Ready to Collect” email or SMS, simply make your way to Cricket World Moorabbin @ 32 Levanswell Road, Moorabbin 

 

Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order?

Absolutely!

You can nominate someone to collect the goods on your behalf when placing your order. To collect the goods, the nominated person will need to provide the order number and a valid photo ID for themselves (current passport, driver's license or Student pass). 

 

Can I change my Click & Collect order once it has been placed?

If you need to change your order please email chris@cricketworldmoorabbin.com

 

Can I cancel a Click & Collect order?

Should you need to cancel your order prior to pick up, please email us at order-chris@cricketworldmoorabbin.com as soon as possible. 

 

Are your shoe sizings in UK or US SIZES?

Our shoe sizings are in US Sizes and we highly recommend you download our printable sizing charts (https://www.cricketworldmoorabbin.com/pages/sizing-chart) to guarantee the correct shoe for your foot 

What if the price reduces on an item I have ordered before I collect my purchase?

Should this occur we will simply produce a Store Credit for you to the value of the difference between the new price & the old price

 

What if I change my mind in-store and wish to buy something different?

Simply chat to the Retail Assistant in store at pick up and they can return or exchange any items in your online order that you've changed your mind about. 

 

What if an item on my order is out of stock?

Should a product become out of stock we can restock within a short time frame, refund the payment, offer an alternative product or look to accommodate any suggestion that you may have.
